At Yugerrit, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and returns.

Shipping Information

Canada (Domestic)

  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $100 CAD
  • Standard Shipping: $14.90 CAD (0–2 kg) / $21.90 CAD (2–30 kg) — 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: $21.90 CAD — 2–3 business days

United States

  • Free Standard International Shipping: On orders over $100 CAD
  • Standard International: $7.90 CAD (under 0.5 kg) / $19.90 CAD (0.5–1.5 kg) / $29.90 CAD (1.5–30 kg)
  • Express International: $34.90 CAD (under 1.5 kg)

International (All Other Countries)

We ship to 26+ countries worldwide including Australia, UK, Germany, France, Japan, and more. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight via Canada Post.

Note: Free shipping is available for Canada and US orders over $100 CAD only. International orders are subject to carrier-calculated rates.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress and estimated delivery date.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return:

  • Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached
  • Products in original packaging
  • Items that are not damaged or altered

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Health & safety items (e.g. caps, headwear)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@yugerrit.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us at support@yugerrit.com and we’ll help process an exchange based on current inventory availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@yugerrit.com with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
