Shipping Information
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer reliable shipping across Canada with the following options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 CAD
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress and estimated delivery date.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible for Return:
- Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached
- Products in original packaging
- Items that are not damaged or altered
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been worn, washed, or used
- Items without original tags or packaging
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@yugerrit.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us at support@yugerrit.com. We'll help you process an exchange based on current inventory availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@yugerrit.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
